We provide a special insurance policy that provides comprehensive
cover at affordable premiums.
Landlords protection
For landlords, the policy offers a flexible package of cover for
buildings, contents, or limited contents (where a property is to be
let unfurnished). Specially designed for let property, the cover
includes both landlords’ liability and employers’ liability - both
of which are not normally included in an equivalent owner-occupier
policy. As this is specialist Landlord insurance, it is not suitable
if you are going to occupy the property.
