The Investment Property Exchange was born out of the frustration experienced by many of Jordan’s existing Buy to Let clients who wished to sell their investment property, but did not wish to evict their current tenant and thus lose valuable income.
IPEX was created so landlords could sell with the existing tenants and agreements in place, with no loss of income up to completion date. Likewise, investors who wanted to purchase an investment property found they could often lose out on valuable rental income in the time between purchasing a property and finding a tenant, when in fact the last tenant was perfect. IPEX gives the new landlord income from day one.
